Our engineering approach focuses on designing and constructing mid rise commercial office spaces to have maximum space utilization, high level of comfortable working environment to get maximum productivity and aesthetically elegant building for better branding.

We utilized advanced engineering practices to meet the above requirements:

Foundation: The foundation of the building was done using piles of more than 16 Mtr depth to take care of the maximum live load of a commercial / office space.

Glazed Facade Systems We engineered structural glazing solutions using Low-E Reflective glass and thermally broken aluminum framing. The Low E Reflective glass reflects the unwanted light and heat back to the environment. This helps in optimizing daylighting, minimizing solar heat gain, and thus considerably less power requirement to make a comfortable working environment with a reduced

Post Tension Slabs & Beams: The slabs and beams were designed and executed using post tension technology to remove intermediate columns supports.This has helped in getting single larger spans to get maximum space advantage, best suitable for a commercial / office.

Fire fighting and fire alarm: Providing safe working environment is always a topmost priority, the building has been designed and installed with fire suppression & alarm systems to prevent any untoward incidents as per the guidance mentioned in  National Building Code 2016. Firefighting systems, such as sprinklers, can confine a fire to its point of origin, preventing it from spreading to other parts of the building or to adjacent structures.
