Design: The design has been done in such a way to preserve the originality of the existing facility with enhancement of aesthetics thru colour theory for visual appeasement and enrich the performance using innovative approach.

Special Facilities: The redesigning of special facilities such as HVAC, False Ceiling, Fire Fighting andAlarm System has been redesigned using cost effective integrated design methodology with current advanced techniques to suit the present statutory guidelines.

Materials: The material procurement was done with utmost care suiting the critical requirements. We have imported special false ceiling tiles & floor carpets manufactured in China using recycled materials.<./span>

Aesthetic enhancement: The design for aesthetic enhancement was done by not deviating the original pattern but using color paletteswith a mix of different textures that complements the existing features and creates a cohesive look to add depth & interest.
