Key Project Features:

• Development of a 30-Acre Farm with extensive Mango Plantation.
• Installation of Electrical Perimeter Fencing across the entire property to prevent the entry of wild animals and ensure crop protection.
• Construction of a 300 Sq.m Pre-Engineered / Light Roofing Shed for Sheep Rearing Activities.
• Construction of a 200 Sq.m Light Roofing Shed for Farm Workers and Operational Activities.
• Construction of RCC Labour Quarters comprising 300 Sq.m on each floor (G+1) for permanent farm workers.
• Construction of a Farm House comprising 300 Sq.m on each floor (G+1), designed for residential and administrative purposes.
• Development of a Rainwater Harvesting Pond strategically located based on the natural terrain slope to maximize rainwater collection and groundwater recharge.
• Construction of 1.5 Km of 5-Metre-Wide Cement Concrete Internal Roads to facilitate seamless movement within the farm premises
