The project consists of construction of 3 individual buildings as shooting floors along with ancillary buildings with a total area of 50,000 Sft inside the Film City at Taramani, Chennai.

Project value – Rs.35.50 Crores

Design: The project has pile foundation and pre engineered building steel structure of more than 14 meters ceiling height with cat walk over the full roof area at 12 Meter level below the puff panel roofing.

Special facilities: The buildings are equipped with air conditioning, fire alarm, special acoustics for sound absorption etc.

Material selection: The materials selection for construction of this building would be of special category to suit the special needs.
MEP: The electrical works are designed to be energy efficient and future proof considering the future expansion.
